What would you say makes visiting The Belfry Hotel & Resort’s Spa so special?
Personally, I really do believe our spa is one of the best hotel spas in the UK. With our 16 luxurious treatment rooms we can facilitate multiple guests at the same time. We also have a dual treatment room which is ideal for couples. A huge asset of The Belfry Spa is also the team; my passion is to develop the therapists and unlock there potential to make the guests experience the best it can be. Those who visit The Belfry Spa also have the opportunity to use all the facilities across the resort and at our leisure club including the gym that features many fitness classes and offers personal training. With everything we do at the spa we aim to make both guests and members visits extra special.
How does The Belfry Hotel & Resort differ from other leading UK spa’s?
We believe that it’s The Belfry Hotel & Resort’s combination of expertise and first class hospitality that allows us to develop a brand like no other and one that has won many awards that we are very proud of. In fact, we’ve just found out this week that we have been nominated for ‘Best Urban Spa’ in the 2018 Good Spa Guide Awards. The biggest reason that separates The Belfry Hotel & Resort from its competitors, is that guests have visibly benefitted from the fabulous treatments that we offer and continue year on year to come back to The Belfry Hotel & Resort.
What would you say is the best part of the experience provided at The Belfry Spa?
Apart from our wide choice of relaxing treatments, for me, it’s got to be the Fire & Ice experience. It provides the ultimate chance to re-charge as you move between 12 bio thermal rooms over a 90-minute period. The whole process is designed to enhance one’s mood, refresh the senses and it is definitely one of the most popular experiences that we have on offer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting The Belfry Spa this year – you cannot help but feel refreshed and rejuvenated when you come out at the end.
Do you have a favourite treatment?
It is really hard to pick just one but right now my favourite treatment would have to be ‘The Ultimate Back Experience’. For only £65 per person, I think it is great value and one of the best treatments to allow you to just switch off and lose yourself in a world of imagination. All you have to do is just sit back and indulge your skin, body and mind for 55 minutes. One of the real perks of this treatment is that it involves a number of different massages in one - including a Hot Stone Back Massage, Warming Mud Mask and a leg and foot Massage.
As it’s National Spa Week; do you have anything exciting going on?
Yes, we are very excited to be taking part in National Spa Week. We are running an exclusive 20% off offer where guests can book a luxury Belfry Spa Day for just £75 per person to celebrate. All you have to do is book by Sunday 16th September for the offer to be valid. This package includes 2 x 25-minute treatments, Afternoon Tea and access to all the leisure facilities that I mentioned earlier. We also have some great give-aways where winners can get their hands on free spa days, treatments and ESPA products, and we are encouraging guest to interact with our beautiful flower wall located at the spa entrance. We as The Belfry Hotel & Resort want to be part of this special week because we want to encourage more people to visit spas in general. We all lead busy lives and a bit of time out in the spa encourages people to relax, disconnect and recharge from the physical and emotional pressures that can often be seen in the world today. National Spa Week focuses on inclusivity and wellness and The Belfry Spa wants people from all aspects to come and relax and have the opportunity to use the all facilities that we pride ourselves on and give them the best possible experience.
