"From my initial enquiry back in June with Donna right up to the time we left after our event we could not have had a better service. All our delegates and speakers were very complimentary of the venue and especially the dinner on the Tuesday night. I wish to give special thanks to the following people:
Donna who made me so welcome when I visited the hotel. Joy who took over as our events co-ordinator and helped me with the final paperwork and room allocation etc. Sue who helped me throughout the two days of the event. She was very professional but in such a friendly way that made me feel that I was her only customer on both days. I would not have managed without her. Richard and his staff who waited on us at the dinner on the Tuesday night. Tracy and her staff who looked after us so well with teas and coffees and biscuits during the workshop. The staff on the customer service desk who were very helpful especially helping with the taxi arrangements on the Wednesday. We all felt that we were given a very high standard of care which in turn helped our delegates and speakers to have a memorable stay at The Belfry.
The whole of our Microgenics team would like me to say thank you and we would definitely think of The Belfry for another event. We wish you all well for the future and hopefully we will see you again in the near future."
