A rare and exciting opportunity has become available at the 'Spiritual Home of the Ryder Cup'.

As the UK headquarters of the PGA the noble game and The Belfry are inextricably linked. The Belfry has become synonymous with golf and our three stunning 18 hole courses, sculpted from 550 acres of lush North Warwickshire countryside, have provoked some of the most dramatic moments in the history of the sport.

We are entering an interesting period and a time for new beginnings that will provide challenges, opportunities and achievements across the organisation.

As a world-renowned resort, your role will be to ensure that the department successfully navigates these challenges, and that the reputation of our courses and standards of excellence that are already established remain resolute.

To succeed in this position you must have at least 5 years operating in a similar role, and have a proven track record in turf and water resource management. Your health and safety knowledge must be exemplary and your commitment to excellence unyielding.

You must be able to demonstrate your managerial and leadership capabilities through effective people management strategies that inspire and foster team development and have strong financial acumen and budgetary control processes.
