Should I reserve my treatment?
Yes, either phone, e-mail or visit The Spa to book a reservation for treatments, spa days and hairdressing so we can accommodate your schedule.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to check-in and confirm your treatment details.

What if I have special health concerns?
Please note that all the treatments and packages are booked subject to medical status. If you are unsure of your suitability please consult your doctor. On arrival at The Spa, we will ask you to fill out a health questionnaire and suitability will be confirmed. If treatments are unsuitable we will endeavour to offer alternatives where possible.

What if I am pregnant?
Please contact our Spa reception for advice on treatments that are safe to enjoy during pregnancy.

What should I wear during my treatment?
You may wish to wear your own bikini or briefs, or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapist will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

What about my valuables?
We suggest that you leave your valuables at home or in the hotel safe, as we do not assume any liability for personal items. You will be allocated a locker which will require a £1 coin to operate. The Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to a client’s personal belongings, however caused.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late means we will amend your treatment time accordingly. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel a Spa reservation?
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A minimum of 24 hours of cancellation is required on all appointments. If less than 24 hours notice, a 50% (of total treatment cost) charge will be made.

What about payment for Spa treatments?
You may charge spa treatments to your room account. We also accept cash and all major credit cards and debit cards.
