LoyalTee Terms and Conditions

• The programme is operated by Bouverie No. 1 trading as The Belfry, Wishaw, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B76 9PR
• The Belfry reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Terms and Conditions (including the number of LoyalTee points issued for a Qualifying Booking), regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, rewards and reward levels in whole or part at any time, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated. You will be bound by any such changes.
• Neither the Program nor any benefit offered by the Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against The Belfry.
• Points will be awarded for cancellations and/or non-arrivals, subject to our normal cancellation/non-arrival fees being charged.
• Points are only awarded for direct bookings. Bookings made through a Third Party are not eligible.
• Accommodation and delegates for conferences, events, and golf days qualify, minimum number of 12 people applies and event must be booked direct with the hotel.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme and/or restrict membership. Not available to agents.
• Redemption of points against beauty treatments and golf are subject to availability.
• Points will not be awarded against third party suppliers or re-charged items i.e. outside Event Company.
• All redemptions are subject to availability and your chosen exchange cannot be guaranteed available at all times. When choosing another Quinn Hotel, it will be subject to the availability of the chosen hotel and restrictions may apply.
• All exchanges must be pre-booked through the sales office on 0500 300 0405
• All points/claims must be made on the hotel¡¦s record/reward form to be valid.
• Redemptions cannot be made in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Redemptions are not interchangeable against points value.
• No cash refunds can be given.
• Points accumulated in any other promotion are not transferable to this scheme.
• Points are only gained for bookings placed at The Belfry, Wishaw, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B76 9PR.
• The recording of points to claim rewards is completely the customer¡¦s responsibility. If the claimant does not record the information, the hotel is not responsible for collating the points at the end of the offer period. If the claimant does not record the points, they will be lost.
• The Belfry reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Program upon 90 days' written notice to all active members. In that event, your right to receive LoyalTee points may end 90 days after we notify you and your right to redeem LoyalTee points may end 180 days after we notify you, no matter what the level of your participation in the Program. LoyalTee points for all members not presented for redemption on or before such redemption end date cannot be redeemed.
• We are not responsible for third party products and services outside of The Belfry. These are offered according to the company¡¦s terms and conditions.
• Points may not be redeemed until the final invoice has been settled
• Part payment for rewards will not be accepted.
• Points cannot be redeemed against Belfry Gift Experience vouchers.
• Points cannot be redeemed on-line.
• Points cannot be claimed against VAT.
